This hand tempered, dark chocolate bar is topped with ground and roasted wattle seeds and salted cashews.
The wattle seeds are from a local plantation, Eumerella Run Wattleseeds in Yambuk. The variety is coastal wattle seed, (Acacia Sophorae). Wattleseeds have a light nutty and slightly bitter flavour and blend well with the cashews and dark chocolate. They have a low GI content and are gluten free. We think that this unique bar will be very popular with lovers of quality dark chocolate.
